Customized training is especially important when a business needs to reduce the "learning curve" time taken up by the introduction of new technology, or a new software application. When getting into production immediately is critical, custom training is the solution.

Registration Policies:
◊ No registration will be confirmed without prior payment.
◊ Refund requests will be honored if received no later than 5 working days prior to the day of the program in writing. Refunds will be subject to a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 5 days in advance will be entitled to a credit to attend a future offering of the program, or any other IBEC program (within one year), however, the entire registration fee is payable.
◊ Companies may substitute another employee prior to the beginning of the program. No substitutions may be made once the program has commenced.
◊ Prior registration and payment are essential. To register, complete the registration form below and return with full payment to IBEC Seminars.
◊ Applications will be acknowledged upon receipt. Enrollment in all courses is limited, so prompt action is suggested. Space can be held by emailing or faxing registration forms to our offices or by calling IBEC Training at (416) 482-2223, but in all cases payment must be received prior to the start of the course or program.
